Reporting infringement

Send a written notice to info@discordservers.wiki with the subject “DMCA Notice.” Your notice must identify the copyrighted work and the material you believe infringes it.

02

Required notice information

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  • Identification and exact URL of the allegedly infringing material.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act.
03

Counter-notification

If material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice identifying the removed material, its former location, your contact information, consent to appropriate United States court jurisdiction, acceptance of service from the claimant, and a statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification.

04

Repeat infringement

Where appropriate and within our control, we may restrict submissions or access associated with repeat infringers. We may forward notices and counter-notices to affected parties or service providers.

05

Trademark and other complaints

For trademark, impersonation, privacy, or other rights complaints, email info@discordservers.wiki with the relevant URLs, rights claimed, supporting evidence, and requested action.

06

Good-faith submissions

Knowingly making material misrepresentations in a notice or counter-notice may create legal liability. Consider obtaining legal advice if you are uncertain whether content infringes your rights.
